Synopsis
After twelve long years of imprisonment, Henry Cruz (Ramon 'Bong' Revilla, Jr.), a former policeman wrongfully accused, is finally freed. Immediately, Henry proceeds to the town of San Sebastian to reclaim his son from an old friend. When Henry arrives, he is greeted with the tragedy of the people of San Sebastian under the hands of the cruel Villegas (Tonton Gutierrez) - the town's mayor who ruthlessly robs the poor peasants of their land for his selfish desires.
Fearing for their lives, the townspeople turn to Henry to save them from their misery and hopefully liberate them from the evil clutches of Mayor Villegas.
